To access the UoEm Student Portal, you must be admitted to the university and have your own unique Registration Number (a key element for logging in to the Students Portal).

- Open your Browser and visit https://www.embuni.ac.ke and press enter
- From the displayed screen, click on the student menu item.
- On the page presented, you will be presented with a list of all the Useful Links you can use to access the University’s Online services.
- For undergraduate studies, click on the Student Portal, either the TVET or the normal student portal.
- Next, you can log in to the Student portal using the username and Password provided by the Institution.

Once logged in, you will see several services you can benefit from on the UoEm Student Portal. Before anything else, the first thing you do after logging in to your account is to update your details by navigating to the top right of the screen.
All you need to do is navigate to the small screen showing My Profile. Click on it and then follow the steps below:
- From the displayed screen, click on “Change Password”
- Enter your current password
- Type the new password and confirm it
- Click on the Change Password button to effect the changes

University of Embu e-learning Portal
Aside from the average student portal, the University of Embu offers another portal to access various courses and learn them online. This portal is none other than the E-Learning Portal. To access this portal, you first need to register. Here is how:
Visit the University of Embu’s main website at www.embuni.ac.ke and look for the E-Learning section on the main Portal
- On the redirected page, click on Create account
- Proceed to fill in the registration form with all the details as required
- Your username is your admission number, i.e., e220/12345/2016, all in lowercase, and your email is your student email address.
- When done, click on Create account and use the details you registered for to log in to your account.
